All of SIE Technologies' senior executives have held senior positions in both the public and private sectors, and their main achievements include the creation and implementation of digital platforms used by the federal government in social security and public safety processes, as well as the creation of guidelines and best practices for contracting IT as a Service (ItaaS).
Our executives are also recognized for their success in defining strategic solutions and in the execution, control and closing of complex projects with budgets exceeding 50 million dollars.
SIE Technologies' combined experience is distinguished by the design of services for clients that demand a high level of integration and by the combination of proven methodologies to carry out a wide range of technological, security, infrastructure and automation solutions, among others.
Among the achievements of the SIE Technologies senior management team are also a national security project that includes 2,600 cameras distributed throughout the country, the establishment of the PMO model for the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru, the implementation of the ITS on the Mexico-Irapuato highway and the Mexico-Querétaro bypass, the implementation of the technological infrastructure of CNS Papagos of the National Security Commission, the development of the Single Window for Foreign Trade of Mexico and the Non-Intrusive Review project for Mexican Customs.
Another area of expertise for our leaders has been the development and direction of strategic plans for Televisa's digital transformation, including the migration of applications to the cloud, the Workplace as a Service (WaaS) initiative (which included the change of 11,327 computing devices), application virtualization, and the renewal of the company's LAN network.
In the area of security, members of SIE's management team have experience with National Security institutions such as the Mexican Navy and organizations dedicated to the design, implementation and evaluation of security policies, and have developed methodologies and processes to build more efficient and resilient state police forces in Mexico, in collaboration with Yale, Stanford, and University College of London .
